What we collect

We only collect what the service needs to work:

• +Account data: your name, email and company.
• +Card content: the profile details, links and branding you add to your cards.
• +Leads: contacts captured through your cards (name, email, phone and an optional note).
• +Reviews: the ratings and feedback your customers submit on your review pages.
• +Usage: basic analytics, such as how many times a card was scanned.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1 and R2), the same platform that runs the product itself. Caspori is a bilingual service built for businesses in the UAE, in English and Arabic.

Who we work with

We share data only with the sub-processors that keep the service running:

• +Cloudflare: hosting and storage.
• +Stripe: payment processing. Your card number never touches our servers.
• +Resend: transactional email, such as sign-in and notification messages.

We do not sell your data, and there are no advertising networks anywhere in the product.

CRM integrations are push-only

If you connect an optional CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce), Caspori sends the leads you captured to your own CRM, at your request. That is the whole integration: we push your data out to you, and we never read anything from your CRM.

Cookies

We use essential, session-level cookies only: the ones that keep you signed in and keep forms secure. There is no ad tracking and no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep your data

Your account data lives as long as your account does. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased. We keep pseudonymized financial records (invoices and subscription history) and an anonymized audit trail, because tax and accounting laws require it.

When the law requires disclosure

We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We disclose information only to the sub-processors listed above, or when a competent UAE authority or applicable law lawfully requires it - and then only what is required.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings in your portal. Deletion erases your personal data in line with the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
