Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Caspori is operated by Whatevy FZE LLC, trading as Caspori, in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply when you subscribe to a Caspori product. We keep them short and in plain language, because terms you can actually read protect both of us. Questions? Write to legal@caspori.com.
The service
Caspori provides subscription products: digital business cards and review pages. Subscriptions are license-based: one license powers one live card profile.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Caspori for honest business. That means:
- No unlawful content or unlawful use.
- No impersonating another person or business.
- No spam or unsolicited mass messaging.
Enforcement and our rights
We take misuse seriously. If we reasonably believe your account, a card, a review page, or any content breaches these terms or any applicable law, we may take action without prior notice where the situation requires it. This protects our other customers, the people your pages reach, and the service itself.
- Remove, unpublish, or edit access to any content or page
- Suspend or restrict an account, a profile, or a feature
- Cancel the subscription of an account used for abuse, without refund where the cancellation is caused by a breach
- Refuse or withdraw service where we believe it would be unlawful or harmful to provide it
- Preserve and review relevant records where needed to investigate abuse
Your responsibility and indemnity
You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you use the service. Caspori hosts what you create; we do not review or endorse it.
If a third party brings a claim against Whatevy FZE LLC arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees that result from it.
Legal compliance and lawful requests
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and comply with UAE law. Where a competent authority makes a lawful request, we will cooperate: this can include removing or blocking content, suspending accounts, and disclosing relevant information to the extent the law requires.
To report abuse, impersonation, or unlawful content on any Caspori page, contact abuse@caspori.com. We review reports promptly and act where the report is substantiated.
Your content
Everything you put on your cards and pages stays yours. You grant Caspori only the license we need to host and display that content so the service can work: that is the entire reason we hold it.
Honest reviews
Caspori does not gate reviews. Review invitations are shown to all of a subscriber's customers equally: we never filter for happy customers before showing a public review link.
Billing
Prices are shown in USD or AED and billed monthly or yearly. Displayed prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes; if UAE VAT becomes applicable, it will be included within the displayed price, never added on top.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Enterprise accounts may pay yearly by bank transfer against an invoice. Invoices and receipts are generated by Stripe and available in your customer portal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Service and liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard on uptime and make reasonable efforts to keep everything running, but we cannot promise perfection. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending things
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If the Caspori business is ever sold, these terms may be assigned to the new owner as part of that sale. When we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a fresh date.
Anything unclear in these terms? Email legal@caspori.com and we will explain it plainly.
