Accessibility statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Caspori, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion. Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. This page says honestly where we are and how to reach us when something is in your way.
What we check
Before a change ships, caspori.com is tested with automated accessibility checks and by hand: keyboard reach and visible focus on every control, heading order, text alternatives for images, colour contrast, touch-target size on phones, horizontal overflow at eight screen widths, and respect for the reduced-motion setting, in English and Arabic.
Where we are
The marketing website passes these checks today. The account portal and the card editor are being reviewed against the same standard; the public card pages render each cardholder's own content and colours, which can affect contrast on an individual card.
- Known limitation: the products menu on caspori.com is reachable with Tab but not with the arrow keys.
- Embedded content from other providers (maps, videos, payment pages) follows that provider's accessibility.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on Caspori is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@caspori.com with the page address and what happened. A person answers, and accessibility reports are fixed as defects, not feature requests.
Found a barrier? Email support@caspori.com and a real person will reply.
